Creative design and storytelling are my specialties. As a manager of full-scale creative projects involving multidisciplinary teams, my hands-on experience supports nearly every phase of the product and campaign development life-cycle, including ideation, design, strategy, and user-testing.

My understanding is that empathy is the heart of good design. Focused on aesthetics WITH functionality, my creative practice is backed by design research, user stories, technical knowledge, and artistic execution. I believe creatives should remain insatiably curious if they expect to maintain their creative wares, invigorate their imaginations, and truly understand what defines their success. It's been said that, "Curiosity and rigor are the secret to creativity." I couldn't agree more.

Currently at Ford Motor Company, I work within the Global Experience Design group. I help guide and shape work-stream specific UX research efforts pertaining to digital assistant technologies, and target explorations relevant to the future of Ford vehicle experiences.
